Urban renewal initiative under TMA 38/2, involving demolition and construction.

The project is located in the Yad Eliyahu neighborhood which is undergoing advanced urban renewal efforts.

The project is characterized by excellent transportation and pedestrian connectivity, and is located near the M1 metro station with easy and fast access to the Ayalon routes and the future Southern District.

As part of the project, two existing railway buildings will be demolished to make way for three new structures featuring 72 modern, high-quality residential units. The development will include an underground parking facility, protected areas on the ground floor, and communal spaces designed for the well-being of the residents.
