Ma'Apilei Egoz 60-64

An urban renewal project focused on the evacuation and reconstruction, as well as reinforcement, of two railway-style buildings. This development is located in the Neve Chen neighborhood in southeast Tel Aviv-Yafo.

This is a complax renewal project, in which the existing building will undergo external strengthening and renovation. The project includes apartment expansions with safe rooms (MMD), the addition of four new ground-floor units, and the installation of an elevator for improved accessibility.

The second building will be demolished to make way for a 22-story residential tower, designed with shared spaces for residents' comfort and well-being, as well as an underground parking facility. The first two floors will feature a public space owned and managed by the municipality.

This is the first plan in the Kfar Shalem area aligned with the new policy framework set by the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality for the neighborhood. It reflects a comprehensive planning approach that integrates various urban renewal tools into a single cohesive plan.
