Welcome to the project that redefines the standard of living in East Tel Aviv. This is a complex urban renewal project, in which one building will undergo structural reinforcement and exterior renovation, apartment expansions including a secure room (Mamad), the addition of four ground-floor apartments, and the installation of an elevator.

The second building will be demolished to make way for a 22-story residential tower, designed with shared spaces for residents' comfort and well-being, as well as an underground parking facility. The first two floors will feature a public space owned and managed by the municipality.

This is the first plan in the area that aligns with the new policy document of the Tel Aviv–Yafo Municipality for the neighborhood, reflecting a planning approach that integrates various urban renewal tools under a single comprehensive program.
